Established in 1921, we take immense pride in celebrating more than a century of Hutleys Caravan Park. As a family-owned business, Hutleys is personally managed by Alan Hutley and Gill Went (formerly Hutley). We are honored to stand as the last privately owned park in the region.

We provide the convenience of a single invoice, with the option for interest-free standing orders, making your experience with us hassle-free.
At Hutleys Caravan Park, we operate a traditional 8-month holiday season from March to October. Your holiday home is ready for you, whether you prefer the bustling school holidays with the kids or relaxing weekends away. Our caravan park is designed for those who genuinely use their caravans as holiday homes. L
ocated by the beach, our park, while lovely, can become cold and damp during the British winters. Caravans aren’t suited for year-round use, and maintaining the holiday atmosphere is our priority. During the winter months, our park and office staff ensure everything is well-maintained.
When we say “all-inclusive,” we mean it. Our Season Site Fee covers pitch rent, local authority rates, electricity (with nothing more to pay during the season), water and water rates, caravan insurance (including an amount for caravan contents), VAT, and free WiFi via hotspots. Additionally, we have in-house staff dedicated to maintenance and park security.
Hutleys offers a serene escape from urban life and the commercial holiday resorts. Our caravan park is meticulously maintained, and our staff are always friendly and helpful. We take pride in upholding high standards of cleanliness throughout our facilities.
You’ll find The Sailor Boy Complex, comprising a pub, fish shop, and cafeteria, conveniently located within the park. We also have a shopping parade for your everyday needs. For those wanting to explore nearby areas, there’s a summer bus service to Clacton-on-Sea, accessible from Hutleys Beach or a 15-minute walk along the seafront in nearby Jaywick. Clacton is just 8 miles by road or 3 miles via a coastal walk.
