These resorts are developed to the highest standard, offering a total of 88 plots for Holiday Homes and Lodges at Coneygarth and an additional 121 plots at Dacre Lakeside Park. Each plot comes with its own breathtaking view of the lakes, providing you with an enviable location. The bar is open seasonally during the week but operates every day during school holidays and bank holidays.
- Bert’s Pizzeria and Gelato:
- Situated around at the lakefront with outdoor seating on the decking.
- A family-run restaurant offering authentic Italian pizza and pasta dishes, along with other options like steak, fish, burgers, and more. Bert’s takes pride in using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Additionally, they have two other restaurants in Hull, which is a short 25-30 minute drive away.
- Gelato Kiosk:
- The gelato kiosk offers a wide range of delicious homemade artisan gelato, paninis, snacks, and drinks. It’s an excellent place to enjoy the scenery or grab refreshments while watching friends and family play Adventure Golf. The kiosk is open on weekends and every day during school holidays.
- Beauty Within Salon:
- The salon offers a flawless beauty experience with trusted and renowned treatments in a welcoming and inclusive environment. They provide various treatments during the week, including evenings and Saturdays. It’s recommended to book an appointment before your arrival.

Adventure Golf: Our Adventure Golf course is open year-round and guarantees family fun with exciting obstacles to conquer. Plus, we have foot golf, an entertaining fusion of golf and football. Our kiosk serves homemade artisan gelato, paninis, and a selection of drinks and snacks.
Foot Golf: Foot Golf combines football and golf, challenging players to kick a football into each hole on the course. The player with the fewest kicks wins. Our Foot Golf course is next to our Gelato Kiosk, which is open on weekends and every day during school holidays. The course is open year-round from 10 am to 5 pm daily.
Windsurfing: You can enjoy windsurfing on our 6-acre lake for a launch fee of just £5 per day. Feel free to bring your own equipment and take advantage of this idyllic setting.
Fishing: Our well-stocked 6-acre lake is a haven for fishing enthusiasts.
Canoeing, Kayaking & Paddle Boarding: Explore the lake at your own pace by hiring canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards right on-site.
Sailing: Enjoy leisurely sailing on the lake with equipment available for hire on-site.
Bike Hire: Explore the picturesque East Yorkshire countryside with our bike rentals. Our area boasts quiet country lanes, flat terrain, and proximity to the Trans Pennine Trail. Bike hire is available at just £6 per hour, with a reduced rate of £3 per hour thereafter.
