If you’re serious about food, a visit to the highly acclaimed Crab & Lobster Restaurant is a must. The ‘Crab’ offers a wide variety of gourmet dishes, from fresh local seafood to traditional English fare.
The Swan, Topcliffe is a charming, quaint traditional pub serving bar meals and plenty of real ale. It has recently been refurbished and is particularly cosy in the winter, with its open fires and comfy seating.
Originally a travellers rest, the Angel Inn at Topcliffe near Thirsk cherishes its historical roots whilst at the same time offering modern dining, beautiful gardens and an excellent conference and function facility. Situated just minutes away from both the A19 and the A1(M), the hospitality is superb and the welcome always warm.
The Dog and Gun, Carlton Miniott offers a fantastic beer garden that is one of this pub’s most popular attractions, but it also boasts delicious food and a great family room to hire for special occasions.
Forresters Arms, Kilburn – The Forresters Arms is situated in the picturesque village of Kilburn near York, Surrounded by immense natural beauty in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, also known as Herriot Country. The pub/restaurant nestles below the famous White Horse, a unique landmark of North Yorkshire, believed to be the largest of its kind in England.
