Notes
Hi Mark,
Your business is appreciated, and I would like to explain my lead generation efforts for your Parks briefly.
What we do
To sum up, we advertise your business online to generate sales of holiday homes and holidays. Prospective (and existing) owners and holidaymakers check Google for information about places, e.g., the best restaurants, pubs, golf courses, days out, beaches, etc. Our job is to place your message among the answers to all these endless queries.
Our process begins with Keywords. A keyword is a term used in digital marketing to describe a word or a group of words an Internet user uses to perform a search in a search engine or search bar. Keywords with less traffic are more likely to rank, as there is less competition.
We then generate helpful information based on specific keywords and aim to rank within the top 10 Google search results. These are the pages that searchers view. Top ranking is not straightforward, as many substantial web-based businesses and Affiliate Marketers vie for these precious rankings. There is no magic formula to get to the top; there are just some good guidelines and constant trial and error. Once there, it requires more of the same.
What’s the point?
Apart from the small Commitment Fee, you only pay a commission when we generate a lead that results in a lodge or caravan sale. The commissions are £1,300 and £500 respectively. These commissions are at Agency rates and represent a discount on our usual rates.
Unlike a directory that uses the exact keywords as your park, we use a wide range of keywords that pop up in all sorts of searches. Prospective owners and holidaymakers see your brand and message while researching their favourite locations. Your competitors’ customers and prospective owners will also see your brand and message. Your existing customers will see that your reach is considerable and that a third party recommends their favourite brand. A lot of exposure for
All change at Google
Since the New Year, there has been considerable conjecture that Google would make significant changes to search algorithms in the face of content overload from AI-driven publishers. Until the start of March, the SEO Marketers’ mantra was “Content is King,” but that has changed. Google now wants expertise, relevance, uniqueness, and short-form content is now acceptable.
All content written to date can be refreshed and reused in a more Google-friendly format, and the new guidelines make it easier to produce small bites of material rather than two to three thousand words. I treat this as good news.
I would be very grateful if, from time to time, your on-site team would provide me with bits of local information and possibly the occasional short video from a mobile phone. Considering Google’s changes, this may be invaluable material.
Cenarth Falls Resort

It’s funny how things turn out. When I researched Cenarth, I scratched my head and thought, “What can I say about a waterfall?” I dug deep for information, and the resulting page has performed strongly in its first draft. Google ranked five keywords above 75th place, and two managed 30th and 26th. This result is a great start. Cenarth Falls also appears on the Cardigan Bay Page.
Maesmawr Farm

Choosing good keywords for here was difficult. All the main attractions are hugely competitive, so I avoided them for now. We got the primary keyword “Lodges in Welshpool” up to 46th place, and I have some great ideas to improve on this. I need to use less competitive keywords to gain traction and build on this location.
Fishguard Bay Resort

It was challenging to find sufficient “rankable” keywords for Fishguard, so I went with the Cardigan Bay theme, which also enabled me to give Cenarth Falls Resort some additional exposure. We got four keywords up to the 50s, which is a start. However, now that Google’s rules have changed, we can write differently, which should help us improve our rankings.
Fishguard Bay articles will appear two weeks after Easter on a Fishguard page.
We are restructuring the Cardigan Bay page to cover every significant town from Abersoch to Fishguard. The restructuring, which involves adding lots of new content, will take a few months.
We have purchased the domain www.holidayplacesUK.com and will use it to generate leads for you. This new site will create blog posts in addition to pages and will be live in mid-April
